2023 Sauvignon Blanc
Fruit was handpicked, then gently whole-cluster pressed to extract the juice. A yeast blend specially designed for producing aromatically complex wines with an emphasis on tropical, floral, and citrus aromas was used for fermentation. The wine was then aged on the lees in 100% stainless for 4 months.
